Any reason why the eckington listings aren't showing up?

Eckington listings appear in full on the Bloomingdale listserv. This list represents any homes that were tagged in the multiple listing system by the listing agents with open houses scheduled for 11/14.

Things are moving in lower Eckington. Two homes recently went under contract after having open house. 44 R Steet NE and 38 Quincy Place NE. When priced right buyers bite.

Yeah - that's why I was inquiring. There's two flips in progress near me, another just finished and go a contract within a month, and one that finished up a couple months back sold. Yet, I hardly ever see anything on this list (not the sales one that you send out though Suzanne - I see the sales there, which is why I was confused). I guess the realtors aren't registering the open houses?

Yep, if it's not tagged, it doesn't show up here. For anyone with currently listed property or if you are planning to sell your property in the near future, make sure you ask your agent (or potential agents) if they enter their open houses into MRIS. I always track my open house traffic (that's why if you come to my open houses, I will ask if you came from signs, an agent referral, or online) and a whole lot of people come because they saw the open on Redfin or Realtor.com or whatever.
