Suspect Sought in an Assault with the Intent to Commit First Degree Sexual Abuse and Kidnapping:
200 block of Elm Street, Northwest
  
(Washington, DC) – The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in connection with an Assault with the Intent to Commit First Degree Sexual Abuse and Kidnapping that occurred in the 200 block of Elm Street, Northwest.
On Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at approximately 9:30 pm, the victim was walking in the 200 block of Elm Street, Northwest, when a male suspect forced her into a nearby alley and attempted to sexually assault her. 
  
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6’ tall, 200 pounds, 25-35 years old, dark complexion, wearing all black clothing and a black ski mask. 
  
Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099.  Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.  DC Crime Solvers currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for an assault committed in the District of Columbia.
