When we inquired they said "the other door, through the curtain" could be used. Well, we checked that door (on 1st next to the store) and it was BLOCKED with canisters and there is no sign that says it is the Wheelchair/Accessible door. I was hesitant to pull the door as clearly there was cleaning equipment leaning on the glass door on the inside. I have walked past several times since and see that this so-called "accessible" entrance is still blocked with items (looks like chairs stacked up and cleaning buckets) and doesn't have a sign that it is an alternate entrance. I really don't get how and why DC reg authority allows restaurants to open that are in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act, ENACTED in 1990. Nearby Boundary Stone and Rustik Tavern are wheelchair accessible so we go there instead.Jeniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12664312090583996220noreply@blogger.com
