seeking property management company referrals

See this message from a Bloomingdale resident:

I need to rent my house temporarily and am looking for a property manager/management company.

Can anyone recommend one that they have used with success and reasonable rates?

    I just hired Scott Bloom at Washington Property Management (scott@washpropmanagement.com) to manage my condo in Adams Morgan, and so far so good. My second choice would be Millicent Chatel, who have been around forever. 8% plus a one-time leasing fee seems to be pretty standard for rates, I asked around.

    They manage our condo and they are reasonably priced, attentive and you get some additional perks (various discounts at different places)
