    Hi everyone,

    I recently posted an ad on craig's list trying to rent out two rooms in my house on NY Ave. I really thought I would get some hits since I'm so close to the metro and the rooms are reasonably priced ($900)...but nothing. Does anyone have any insight or advice?

    maybe try boards at the local colleges.
    or local non profits that have interns and such. they always need a place to stay.
