This house is exquisite. It is of the finest materials and craftsmanship!! Seriously, Wow! What a fantastic house.
I was at the open house and I loved the bathroom's claw-foot tub, separate shower, and wall color. The kitchen is awesome, and the chandeliers in all the rooms were just phenomenal.
I am jealous of whoever buys this place, they don't need to do a thing, all they need to do is move in!!! The place is totally wired too! Man Alive, this place is great!
This place had a really cool top floor. Ideal chill out space, to get away from the spouse or kids. I could do some writing there--been wanting to have a space for that, for ages!

Okay, Now I feel bad. Turns out that a couple of my colleauges posted honest comments on my house for sale (I'm the owner) and now this seems like a staged entry. I'm sorry. I asked Sean to remove the comments but haven't heard back so I will call them out. Turns out two people (I only know of one of the two people involved). Also, my realtor hasn't even seen Sean's blog. Sorry for the deception. I feel terrible.

Where is this house on U Street? I live over at the 1300 Block of V but this doesn't look familiar. It is nice though. Is it condos?
