seeking referrals for radiator maintenance
A resident on the unit block of Seaton Place NW has this request:
Does anyone still use radiators for heat and have a company they use that they are happy with? I love my radiators and do not want to give them up, but am having a hard time finding people who still work on them.
Our house (1919) has its original steam radiators and piping, and the boiler is a massive Burnham system that's 25 years old. Definitely not for amateurs - you need old-house experts. We have been very impressed with the work that Foley Mechanical has done to keep our system up to snuff, and recommend them without reservation:

I used ARS (don't have their number on hand) to do a check up and look at the furnace.
