lost cat around the Flagler Market at W & Flagler Pl NW

He's very friendly and seems lost. He's on Flagler. Collar but no tags. 

He's hanging out around Flagler Market.

    Oh no! :(

    I saw this cat over the weekend wandering down Flagler (I live at Flagler & W), and it was so sweet and loving. I was sitting down on the steps, and it spent ages purring (so loudly!) and nuzzling.

    I was really really hoping it wasn't lost, though I admit I had been keeping an eye out for it for the past few nights. What a sweetheart. Too sweet to be lost. :(
