Bloomingdale's Flooding Issues Requires A Plan of Action
                                                                                                    
I'm aware and sensitive to the plight of our Bloomingdale community, amid the recent series of flooding that took place. A plan of action from the DC Water and the Department of Public Works (DPW) is required, along with an infrastructure overhaul to keep pace with the ever-increasing demands placed on the water systems in Ward 5. 
                                              
I look forward to working with Mayor Vincent C. Gray and Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie to resolve this issue once and for all.
