found on 6th Street NW in LeDroit Park: black laptop bag with a spiral notepad

We found a black laptop bag with a spiral notepad but no laptop on 6th St. Our guess is the laptop was stolen and the bag discarded. The papers look like college notes. A name on one of the papers says Ian H. (I abbreviated the last name).
