scooter stolen near 1st & V St NW

See this 10-02-2012 message from a new V Street NW resident:

Bad news, my scooter got stolen last night. Only been here a few days. Cut the lock with bolt cutters. This is what it looks like.  It was just east on V st from first, locked to a sign. 

I am in the process of reporting to the police.
