checking in: condo building pop-up on 100 block of V Street NW

We first posted on this pop-up back on 11-21-2012.

How has the development being going since then?
                                                          
Looks like the new third floor with have vinyl siding on the side of the building.  
                                            
Will the new front of the building be brick or vinyl siding?

    The final site will be brick on the bottom 2 floors, stucco on top floor. Also, it's a condo, not an apartment building.
