WHAT/WHO:                 Mayor Vincent C. Gray, City Administrator Allen Y. Lew, DC Water General Manger George Hawkins, members of the Mayor’s Task Force on the Prevention of Flooding in Bloomingdale and LeDroit Park and members of the community will announce and break ground for major infrastructure project.
