Bloomingdale resident and artist Tom Noll's pinwheels in the small triangular park at 1st and T Street NW adjacent to City Cleaners and across from Rustik Tavern are profiled in today's Washington Post (Sunday, 03-24-2013). No mention of the white bicycles.
