some pics of the Howard University new dorm at 4th & W St NW (the big hole in the ground is yet to come)

Recall the announcement that Howard University would be constructing two new dormitories -- one at 4th & W Street NW -- an L-shaped building wrapped around the Washington Metropolitan High School?
