I had a horrible experience overnight with neighbors throwing a party that kept me up all night. I`d like to do a shout-out to them since they didn`t seem to realize how inconsiderate and obnoxious their actions were.
In
short, it was in the unit block of Seaton Place, NW in a 20-number house (I
couldn`t see the actual house # at that time). It looks like Howard University
students are renting the home.
There
was loud music, people all over the sidewalks talking, yelling and screaming.
The clincher were the vehicles zipping up and down the narrow street to drop
off more guests with their sound systems at full tilt.
