Howard University commencement is slated for this Saturday, 05-11-2013; expects tons of cars to park on the streets throughout the neighborhood; plan accordingly

Just a reminder of the Howard University Commencement Convocation 2013 scheduled for this Saturday, 05/11/2013.

Expect lots of vehicular traffic in and around the university this weekend.  Plan accordingly.  (Translation: expects lots of cars to park all over the streets on Saturday, especially north of Rhode Island Avenue NW.) 

Hope that the commencement activities go smoothly!

Please -- it would be great not to see tweets on Saturday from neighborhood residents bitching about all of the cars taking up onstreet parking spots.  The university's main commencement convocation occurs just one day a year.  Please deal with it.  And, yes, plan accordingly!
