Subject: Come meet Victor at the Scholarship Ceremony on Saturday. In addition to him being one of the graduates he wants to be a lawyer.

What’s up, new stuff about one of the graduates who wants to be a lawyer, I introduce Victor Ajokubi.

Hello Bloomingdale and surrounding DC area, as we advertise the Scholarship Ceremony scheduled for this coming Sat.  I want to pause a moment and highlight one of the DOES interns by the name of Victor Ajokubi who will also be receiving a Scholarship.  He wants to be a lawyer, and we are looking for a  law firm  that would allow Victor to intern/work in their office this summer.  As our Positive Alternatives job readiness Program under the leadership of Gwen Bush-Hodge, we say a big thanks  also to Stu Davenport, owner of Big Bear CafĂ©   who  is among the first business owners to commit his establishment as a job site for our youth, thanks!!!!!!!!!!!! Stu.  We need other businesses to work with us as we seek to match our youth with mentors and job sites that will allow our youth to have on the job experience as they learn work skills that prepare them with skills that teach them job readiness skills saying no to drugs and not becoming involved in crime while becoming productive citizens in today’s world is our goal.   I am attaching a copy of Victor’s journal that he wrote about his present work experience mentoring kids at Langley Educational Center and being interviewed at a local Hospice Care Center.  If you know of any law firm that we can contact on behalf of Victor aspiration to be a lawyer and work at a law firm, please email me so that we can get the ball rolling..  And  of course you will be able to meet Victor in person on Sat at the meet and greet Scholarship ceremony.    Dr. J. Perkins.
