    Twitter was buzzing again - Friday afternoon and evening brought more power outages in the Seaton Place and restaurant area. Then it sounds like there was a planned outage for 11 pm. Hope all have their power back now, and that the problem has been repaired.

    Can anyone share what the problem was?
