I'm looking for someone to adopt Scratchy, the well-known alley cat who grew up between R & Randolph NW. 2 years ago I started letting him inside in winter, and have since adopted him, making him an inside-outside cat. I have to move in 2 weeks, and am wondering if anyone in the neighborhood would be interested in adopting him.
He's a street-smart, intelligent cat that likes to hang out with people, but he's also an outside cat mostly. He prefers to feed inside and sleep indoors at night, so the ideal adopter is someone who has a 'cat door' so he can roam freely in and out. Barring that, it's someone who doesn't mind letting him in and out when he sits by the door.
He's very clean, constantly self-grooming. He's been fixed, and has his shots, and is seen by Dr. Gagney at City Paws.
