parking restriction change on the 1800 block of North Capitol Street NE: no parking during morning rush hour

Hi Neighbors,

 

I was just walking my dog and noticed that it looks like DDOT changed the parking restrictions on the 1800 block of N Cap NE to NO parking during morning rush hour 7am -9:30am and all cars currently on the block have been ticketed. It looks like stickers were just added to the existing signs, so I wouldn't have even noticed if all the cars didn't have tickets on them.

Just wanted to give you a heads up if your car is on that block.
