read this 08-17-2013 letter from Pepco: "Pepco to improve reliability in Bloomingdale with infrastructure upgrade project" (look at the map on page 3)

At yesterday's World Missions back-to-school backpack rally on the unit block of Randolph Place NW in Bloomingdale, Pepco distributed a "fact sheet" with the subject of "Pepco to Improve Reliability in Bloomingdale with Infrastucture Upgrade Project."  The press release is dated Saturday, 08/17/2013.

I have scanned the three pages and have posted them below.  Note that page 3 is a map of Bloomingdale, LeDroit Park, Truxton Circle/Bates.

Looks like the unit block of W Street NW, southside, will be getting a new "duct bank" conduit in their rear alley.
