Yesterday, I asked Dr. Perkins to share information about the event with the community and she told me that the block party will be held in the unit block of Randolph. That is the block where she posted Emergency No Parking signs yesterday. This notice (and her permit from DDOT) lists the 100 block of Randolph, where the church is located, as the site of the event.
