seeking referrals for removing a tree stump and roots and for restoring existing public walkway

This tree stump and its invasive roots need to be removed.  A DDOT construction permit needs to be submitted.

A DC-licensed contractor is needed to remove the tree stump and its roots -- and to re-construct the public walkway after removing the stump and roots.

Any recommendations?
