Seriously. This is probably one of the greatest threats to future housing values in our neighborhood. Imagine 10 or 15 of these on each street and think about how that alters our neighborhood's feeling. Especially if these are cheaply done by developers like they are being done currently (with no effort to harmonize with current architecture. You might as well by a doublewide mobile home and slap it on top of each rowhouse. See how that changes things.
