turret on the pop-up at 145 Adams Street NW now being erected

A neighbor on the 100 block of Adams Street NW provides an update on the pop-up at 145 Adams Street NW:

Pictures attached. Looks like they're going for a brick veneer as opposed to a vinyl, and the shape of the turret looks somewhat closer in terms of measurements compared to the neighboring turrets.

No telling what the end result will look like, but perhaps it took the developer three tries before realizing they need to blend the frankenbuildings in more.
