additional McMillan PUD documents filed

I just saw today that additional documents were filed for the VMP, LLC PUD application. 

                                             

I compiled the twenty documents into one PDF and posted it here .
                                                                                                                   
Some documents are redundant with earlier filings (e.g. the fiscal impact analysis) while others are new.
