I am sending out a reminder about the Ward 5 Rat Summit that will be held tomorrow, Saturday, March 8 at the Harry Thomas Sr. Recreation Center, 1743 Lincoln Road, NE, 2nd floor, from 10:30 am until 1:00 pm with the Department of Health and Councilmember McDuffie.
