  1. Scott i think that it's important to understand who and how this CBA was drafted....it is by definition an agreement on behalf of the communities immediately surrounding the site. However, to my understanding, there is no input from either the MAG, the Bloomingdale Civic Association or the Stronghold Civic Association. Therefore on what grounds can Dianne and Debbie put forward this document that is supposed to represent the community? What process was used to engage the community members in the drafting of this agreement? Or was it simply handed to Dianne by Anne Corbett?

    1. Todd,

I could be mistaken but I believe that this is a document Commissioner Smith-Steiner drafted and not the ANC 5E CBA working draft. Hopefully someone from the ANC can clear this up.

  2. Um...the MAG one is way better. How do we vote against this one?

  3. I'm realizing commissioner Barnes and commissioner Steiner are not working for the people. Why don't their communities and Boards vote them out? Really, why? They are sincerely bad for our neighborhoods. Can't the other Commissioners do anything about them? Is it that no honest people runs against them? This is a bad time for our representation in government.

  4. Is this a joke? The MAG Scholarship Fund will pay for the educational travel to Africa or Asia to one African American student (18 to 25 years old)?

  6. This document has been submitted to Zoning as part of the testimony of Debbie S-S. Not sure if this link will work, but currently, it is the last exhibit on page 7 of the filings
