Uh....can we see it before it's presented to the Zoning commission? T
ReplyDeleteOk..... so a few questions that I'm sure need to be answered given the history on this thing:
ReplyDelete1) Where is the document and will it be reviewed/approved by the various community associations before going to the Zoning commission? BCA? SCA? MAG? That's the usual process and without that i cannot see how you can say that you have a document that represents the community.
2) Who are the members of the community and the MAG in particular that participated? I am asking because I"m on the MAG park committee and nobody asked me to participate even though i played a big part in drafting the MAG's original CBA. I would like a list of names and affiliations to the various community associations.
Sorry, but unless these things are made public, I just don't understand how you can say these folks are negotiating on behalf of the community. We know that VMP has stacked the ANC5E in their favor and so transparency needs to be full to gain the trust of the people. Just saying that you had a few community members, a MAG member or two and ANC5E isn't enough...sorry.
