Cat misses his family! There is a tan/creme or orange/creme colored cat that's been hanging around the until block of R St NW for the last 3 weeks. He's very friendly and is wearing a pink collar with a bell.  If anyone recognizes the cat in this picture and knows the owner, please call 202 then 607 followed by 7221.
