Expect Mussel Madness at Washington Firehouse

Washington Firehouse will be all about mussel pots when it opens in late August or early September. The American steakhouse is planning a variety of pots featuring the mollusk, including a Cajun pot and a musroom and meatball one.

Catering and events manager Jessica Henderson reached out to Eater to share more about the project, which hopes to have a soft openingAugust 29 if all goes as planned.
