    Here is the language provided by DCRA to describe the permit that was issued on August 29, 2014.

    CONVERSION FROM A FIRE STATION/POLICE STATIONTO A RESTAURANT WITH BUILD INTERIOR METAL STAIRCASE FROM FIRST TO SECOND FLOOR, ADD TWO COUNTER TOP BARS TO FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR.
