cat reported missing from the unit block of S Street NW

See this 09-29-2014 message from a household on the unit block of S Street NW:
   
Our young cat  has a tortiseshell (predominantly black with brown flecks) marking, she is a small female, her name is "Lady' and is missing, she is an outdoor cat who has been in the neighborhood for almost a year.
