Rumor has it that the developer of this new pop-up at 2103 2nd Street NW is the developer of the Veranda on V Condominiums around the corner.

    If true that it is the same developer, it would be interesting - the buildings were all constructed in 1935 by the same builder - they were even on the same permit.
