Big Bear Cafe: Bloomingdale residents will have a lot more room on Big Bear Cafe's patio come spring if the restaurant's application for a larger summer garden is approved. The neighborhood restaurant and cafe has requested to expand its patio from 38 to 99 seats. The proposal will go before the ABC Board Dec. 1.
