• 149 T St. NW: This single-family home will be converted into a two-family flat. All interior partitions will be removed and replaced. The third floor roof will be removed and extended by no more than 12 inches. The third floor rear wall will be rebuilt. The cellar footing will be underpinned. And all new electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems will be installed.
