an experience outside of the McDonald's near Home Depot

See this Sunday, 01-18-2015, message from a 2nd Street NW resident:

I was driving from Home Depot to 2nd St NW on Sunday.  Outside McDonalds was a naked (black) man lying in the center of the road. I phoned the police, did a U-turn & came back. By this time every body from the bus stop & McDonalds had come out side - were laughing, pointing figures & taking photos. I was disgusted at "man's inhumanity to man". During the time I got through all the now congregated people & traffic & did a 2nd U-turn, the police had arrived - as well as some other Security people - so I just continued in my way.
