| When Nest took flight in 2009, it was a gamble. Nothing has really changed. With each passing year, we test our collective comfort zone and stretch our wings. 2014 was no different; just take a look at the incredible staff we’ve assembled and the community we’ve been able to serve. Every day is a win at Nest - even snow days… That might be a stretch but here’s one thing that’s not: without our supporters, our teammates, and those who bet on us, we wouldn’t even have dice in our hands to roll. We’re endlessly grateful to all. Who knew a job in property management could be life changing? Thankfully, that bet has paid off! |

| 2015 promises to be our best year yet. In March, we’ll be calling Bloomingdale home. We took another gamble and went “all in” on a spot with a little more wiggle room. This will be a good exercise in building empathy with our moving clients and tenants. We’ll see your stress, and raise you an entire office full of people (and 2 dogs). We hope you’ll follow our lead take a gamble in 2015. We’re betting on you! |

Not everyone is having as lucky a start to their 2015. If you see a homeless person outside who might be affected by extreme weather, please contact the Shelter Hotline at (202) 399-7093, 211, (800) 535-7252, or uposh@upo.org to get help for those in need.
