Note that Property Quest lists the lot size as 2844 square feet. In R-4, each dwelling unit must be covered by 900 square feet, so this lot is eligible for the three dwelling units.
And perhaps the front porch will be removed....?

ReplyDeletewe're supposed to be glad because our property values go up..... which actually just means paying more property taxes! Really it means more crowded alley ways, more traffic, more parking issues, more dog poop issues, and other consequences of higher density. Thank you, faceless bureaucrats!
