Beasley Real Estate partner Trent Heminger writes letter in opposition to the proposed R-4 pop-up zoning regulations

Note that Trent Heminger of Beasley Real Estate has listed at least one two-unit pop-up condominium in Bloomingdale.

I'm not going to point out specific examples of pop-ups that I think are ugly and look poorly constructed - 1) because that's someone's house now that they probably put their life savings into; 2) because I wouldn't knock on their door and tell them that - but I happen to think that the developer who constructed the homes that Beasley is selling are quite well done; especially compared to others that are out there.

      But hey, its easy to stand behind a blog name on a computer and call someone's house ugly. Curious if any of the people that have commented negatively on pop-ups in the neighborhood ( ie #uglypops #rembertheshippingcontainer) have had the courage to knock on their new neighbor's door and tell them their house sucks. Doubtful.
