Impose an immediate moratorium on approval of building permits by the DCRA for conversion of single-family rowhouses to multifamily apartment buildings (pop-ups) pending revisions to DC's zoning regulations.

The petition for the Mayor to request an immediate moratorium on approval of building permits will close this Wednesday  as we will be presenting the signatures to the Mayor then. We would like to alert Bloomingdale that there are two days left to sign the POP-up petition.
