Jose Lopez's team did my entire gut job, underpinning, small pop-up, with seperate basement apartment added on in Bloomingdale. He is currently doing a similar gut job on unit block of S street. He has done a condo for me and a number of neighbors renovations. He has a great track record. Jose and his team is very honest and trustworthy.
