Hello All,
Do you have any stuff to donate to Crispus Attucks Park Yard Sale/Community Day (anything from salt n pepper shakers to fireplace mantels), that I can sell at this year's donation table? Once again, I'm in charge of selling donated items for which the park gets 100% of the money. AND, you can claim your donations as a tax write off.
Come to the party in the park! Whether you have items to donate or not, definitely come to the party. The combination of all the rummage sales, local restaurants offering food, music, & the community all coming together in this hidden park always makes for a surprisingly quirky & really fun day. Come say hi to me so I can razzle-dazzle you into buying something very important from my donation table--perhaps a disco mirrored vodka bottle, a tropical fish tank, or rustic architectural pillars:)
Please help me advertise by forwarding this email & attached flyer to at least 10 friends--and ask them to also forward it to 10 friends, etc. I'm curious how well this idea of a chain email for the park might work. If you can, print out the attached flyer and tape it to a post or bulletin board around the neighborhood.
