Hold up, I had to get a meeting with the city in order to build on top of my existing footprint because I was already 2% over the 60% I was allowed. IF this is in an R-4 zone it looks like they've exceeded their FAR already.
That is a large lot, and if the calculations were done correctly, it is 60%. Shocking, right? Of course, they had to remove the front porch roof so as not to go over 60%.
what the hell is that on the top and can't someone make them move it to the alley side where at least it isn't visible from the road?
