OUR MONDAY, MAY 4TH PROPERTY ASSESSMENT APPEALS WORKSHOP will be COMPREHENSIVE. The session will go from 7:00PM to 8:30PM We will provide written narratives for house owners AND condominium owners.
Whether you are appealing this year or not, THIS WORKSHOP WILL TARGET THE LATEST CHANGES THAT OTR HAS COME UP WITH. Also, we’d like to have everyone’s input on what changes we’d like OTR and the DC Council to undertake TO PROVIDE MORE FAIRNESS IN THE APPEALS PROCESSES.
THE ALLIANCE MEETING IS SATURDAY, MAY 16TH AT 10:30AM. The Alliance’s mission, our composition, focus and strategy embrace all of YOUR concerns. Please think about and come to share your top 3 strategy priorities to help our members, families and friends in this area.

You are not alone. DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE WITH A FORECLOSURE CHALLENGE, CREDIT/LOAN DENIAL PROBLEM OR ANOTHER ISSUE. WE WANT TO KNOW ABOUT IT. WE’LL PROVIDE ADVICE AND WILL GO WITH YOU TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE SITUATION. KNOW THAT WE’RE IN IT TO WIN IT!!
