As you may recall, DHCD owns the empty lot at Florida & Q St NW, a stone's throw from North Capitol St NW.
A resident passed along this event announcement from the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) - and asks this question:
I'm curious to see if there is any update in the Evergreen - Maedwell - Mi Casa competition for the Q St / Florida Ave NW site in Truxton Circle: hopefully we could at least get a timeline for a decision there! Proposals having been due in October and all...
