"My hanging bird feeder in my front yard was cut down and taken"

See this brief 05-24-2015 message from a neighborhood resident:

My hanging bird feeder in my front yard was cut down and taken...  It definitely attracted a lot of birds and I'm not sure if it was a neighbor or someone random?! Not sure what's more upsetting, a neighbor not talking to me first or a random person stepping into my garden to steal a bird feeder. Not a good start to the holiday!
