Doug Brown, a partner in Bloomingdale tapas restaurant and bar Costa Brava, is presumed dead after he disappeared while swimming in the Chesapeake Bay over the weekend.

Brown, 39, had been swimming with his brother, 37-year-oldDaniel Brown, in Lusby, Maryland, on Friday when the two disappeared, according to The Washington Post. A search turned up the body of Daniel Brown Saturday, though Doug Brown is still missing.

The two men were swimming with another person, a juvenile who has not been identified. That person made it back to shore and alerted authorities, the Post reported.
