The Fifth District is investigating a robbery that occurred at 1:45 p.m. in the unit block of Florida Ave. N.W. where an individual was robbed of a backpack.  The first suspect was described as a dark complexioned black male, 6’3” in height, approximately 24 years old, with his hair in short twists.  The second suspect was described as a medium complexioned black male, approximately 5’5”, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with “Washington, D.C.” in blue letters on the chest.  The second suspect  was approximately 40 years old.

  

Anyone who has information regarding this case should call police at 202-727-9099.  Additionally, information may be submitted to the TEXT TIP LINE by text messaging 50411.  DC Crime Solvers currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for an assault committed in the District of Columbia.
